Reality show organizers in Nigeria are being dragged out in the news this week, not because of a fabulous reality TV show they came up with, but for what they have done to Mrs. Eniola. Nigerian movie producer and actress, Eniola Badmus, earlier this week said she sees some organizers of reality shows as scammers/dubious because the reality show she emerged as winner three months ago had not paid her.
Mrs. Eniola Badmus was declared the winner of the ‘Celebrity Housemates’ reality show, after competing against fellow celebrities like Ruggedman, Yomi Fash-Lanso, Funky Mallam, Muma Gee, Doris Simeon, and others.
But the actress said she has not been awarded the N7 million prize money for winning, several months (3) after the reality show ended.
Speaking with Hip TV, Badmus said, “This is one thing I really don’t want to discuss right now because Celebrity Housemate was for me a platform where I could learn one or two things and was able to coexist with other people and learn things that we were not used to in our house that we had to go out to learn.”
“Also, about the money, I’ve yet to receive it. To me, I see them like a scam but we will sort it out”- she said about the reality show.
